I have known and worked with Bobby for many years.  He is well versed in all aspects of food safety and compliance.  Bobby has “hands on” experience from working iin the food industry. We use Bobby for HACCP and Regulatory Program Assistance.  He also assists my staff with customer audit requirements and preparation.  Bobby is our “go to” person for assistance with any USDA issues.  He interacts with our staff as if he were a company employee himself.  He is very quick to respond to a call from me or my staff.
