Learn a little bit about Bobby
Bobby Pace
I would like to tell you a little bit about myself. I grew up on a family farm in Clarksville, TN. We raised cattle and sheep and grew corn, soybeans and wheat. I learned at an early age the importance of hard work and responsibility. I have been married to my wonderful wife Cindy for over 20 years and have two beautiful girls, Brooke and Whitney.
I attended the University of Tennessee and worked in the Meats Lab while working on my Undergraduate and Graduate degrees. I was on the University of Tennessee Meats Judging team where I became interested in pursuing a career in the Meat Industry. I have worked in several different areas including Operations, Quality Assurance, Food Safety and Research and Development. During my career, I have worked in Slaughter plants in the Beef and Pork Industry, Pork Sausage, Fully Cooked Sausage Products, Raw Ground Beef, Sandwich and BBQ Operations. By working in these different areas I have learned how all areas must function together to produce a safe, quality product in the most efficient manner possible and can offer practical solutions to many issues and the issues that may come up in different types of operations.
When I work for a facility, I work with them as if I am a part of the team and want to make sure they are successful and have the best programs and procedures in place to make safe, quality products and to meet all regulatory requirements. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me or I will be glad to give you a list of references that you can contact.
